Hi, I’m Lindy. I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 years. I love face to face interactions and pride myself in going over and above to help our customers. I started working for Burrell’s in 2015. I have a broad knowledge of the property industry having worked through most of the roles, this give me invaluable experience.
My main professional goals are to maintain the reputation and ethos of Burrell’s Estate Agency. I want our clients to continue to spread the word about their experiences. As a lot of our clients come by way of referral.
Doing this job, you come across vulnerable people who need extra help and guidance. This is where I feel Burrell’s are different to the rest, we will do whatever we can to ensure these people are looked after and listen to.
In my spare time I like to relax at home with my partner and binge on Netflix series. I also play rounders which is get way to offload any stress that I may have. My happy place is walking on the beach with my dogs Winnie & Eddie.
