Rachel joined the company in 2012 as a mortgage administrator before progressing to a mortgage adviser, where she spent four years guiding clients through the buying process and managing sales progression with solicitors to ensure transactions completed smoothly. Along the way she gained valuable experience across the property side of the business, helping with viewings, negotiating sales, assisting with valuations and preparing properties for market.
During lockdown Rachel developed a passion for social media and marketing, building a successful presence in the homeware space and collaborating with a number of UK brands. She also holds a diploma in Interior Design, which complements her eye for property presentation.
Rachel now leads our social media and marketing for property and also supports the team as a part-time valuer. Known in the office for moving house more than most, she brings plenty of first-hand experience of buying, selling and styling homes.
Outside of work Rachel is married with two children and two dogs. She loves interiors, styling homes, being outdoors and practising mindfulness and yoga.
